Before long, it ushered in an entirely new era in women’s wrestling on the WWE landscape. Gone were the bikini matches, feigned airhead behaviour and the pink sparkly butterfly belt. In its place were hell in a cell matches, longer & arguably stronger in-ring promos and the newly designed Women’s Championship belts for RAW and SmackDown! Live. Things went well for a time. Strong women backed by both amazing athletic ability and good storyline writing were dominating the landscape....

During this past weekend at the historic ‘All In’ event, Cody Rhodes defeated Nick ‘Magnus’ Aldis to become the NWA World Heavyweight Champion–winning a title which was previously held by his father, the late great Dusty Rhodes. Now this is certainly not a dig at Nick Aldis, Colt Cabana, Rob Conway, Blue Demon Jr. or anyone else who has held the NWA Championship in recent years, but the title is no where near as prestigious as it once was....

Mysterio departed from WWE on 26 February 2015, ending his nearly 13-year tenure with the company. From there, he went to various other promotions such as Triple AAA, Lucha Underground, NJPW etc. Eventually, Mysterio returned after 3-years in 2018, as a surprise entrant in the Royal Rumble match, where his appearance was met with an exceptional ovation. All the fans started believing that Mysterio had finally returned to WWE, but it was just a one time deal....

We are only just a week away from the ‘Grandest Stage of Them All’ and there is a lot of intrigue surrounding the match card. As it stands, we are promised to have a huge huge match card for WrestleMania 35, and you can check them all here. The WrestleMania card as it stands is jam-packed and will probably be the longest WrestleMania ever. A lot of these matches certainly have the potential to deliver and let’s hope they will....

Pep’s rotational policy was on display this Sunday when he relegated last week’s goalscorer Riyad Mahrez to the bench to accommodate Raheem Sterling at the right wing. It was another one of those masterclasses as Sterling famously went on to net two goals and as many assists. But what must be going through Mahrez’s mind? The idea is thought-provoking for sure. What we have seen so far, however, tells us that his rotational policy’s benefits far outweigh its disadvantages....

When this match originally happened at WrestleMania 31, the negative reaction it received in the weeks leading up to it prompted WWE to have Seth Rollins cash in his Money in the Bank contract and briefly turn it into a Triple Threat. Rollins would win the WWE Championship and send the majority of fans in the Levi Stadium home, happy. I believe that something like this needs to happen again in order to save the main event of WrestleMania 34, not a Money in the Bank Cash in of course, but Seth Rollins being added to the match, somehow, someway....

David Warner was bought by Sunrisers Hyderabad in 2014 IPL auction and was appointed as their captain in 2015. Although SRH narrowly failed to qualify for the knock-out phase in 2015, Warner won the Orange cap that season. The four nominees are: Roman Reigns announcing his leukemia being in remission. Becky Lynch winning the Raw and SmackDown Women’s Championships at WrestleMania 35. Kofi Kingston defeating Daniel Bryan to win the WWE Championship. Ronda Rousey easily dominating Alexa Bliss to win the Raw’s Women Championship last summer....

Dodger, a 5-month-old opossum, lives at the Woodland Park Zoo in Seattle, Washington. In the clip shared by the zoo’s Facebook page on November 21, Dodger can be seen enjoying a specially made “charcuterie board.” Traditionally a selection of meats surrounded by complementary foods, Dodger’s dish includes worms, eggs, sweetcorn, avocado, anchovies and more. After sniffing around the platter, served on top of a tree stump, Dodger starts digging in....

King’s best friend and former talk show host Oprah Winfrey appeared on TODAY with Hoda & Jenna on Friday and revealed King was “not doing well” in the aftermath of the outrage. Holding back tears, Winfrey said attacks against King had become life-threatening. “She’s not doing well because she has now threats and has to now travel with security, and she’s feeling very much attacked,” Winfrey said when daytime show host Hoda Kotb and Jenna Bush Hager asked her about the status of her friend....

Tensions between Democrats and Republicans came to a head on Monday when Senate President Peter Courtney, a Democrat, stepped in to break a stalemate and push the environmental bill through the Joint Committee on Ways and Means. Courtney’s decision divided the chamber. As promised earlier this year, developer Moon Studios has dropped an update this past week that brings next-gen improvements to Ori and the Will of the Wisps on the Xbox Series X, allowing players to enjoy the critically-acclaimed platformer like never before. In addition to general improvements like reduced load times and instant input response, the game now runs at 120 FPS in full 4K HDR on the Series X, while the Series S is able to maintain the same framerate at 1080p HDR....

The main producer of One Piece Odyssey recently sat down to discuss the content that players will be able to explore in the demo which comes out on January 10.
